If you receive a seasonal offer and you're still in school, stay seasonal so you can travel! I wish I left more time open on my schedule to travel during my senior year of college

What I liked

I loved how interesting the work was and how I was truly integrated as a part of the team with meaningful projects. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and open, and made me feel supported throughout the entire internship. Plus you get to use standby travel benefits as an intern!

What I wish was different

A smoother HR process.

Advice

Study up on the airline industry! It is really helpful to have a solid understanding of the industry before going into interviews. Stay up to date on travel news, know the competitive landscape, and show that you are passionate.
