What You’ll Do:
- Process and monitor all incoming invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records for multiple locations
- Manage full-cycle payroll using ADP, tracking hours, vacation, and sick time for employees across all sites
- Support new hires with onboarding paperwork, maintain HR records, and administer benefits like health, dental, and life insurance
- Assist with workers’ compensation, annual reporting, and maintaining organized documentation for audits and reviews
- Stay current with California and Washington employment laws, updating policies as needed to ensure compliance
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, or HR in a multi-location business
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software (ADP and Datacor experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
