Fitness Sales Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic Fitness Sales Associate to join our team and help grow our membership base while promoting a lifestyle of health and fitness. Fitness Sales Associates are responsible for driving new membership sales, engaging with current and potential members, and leveraging social media to enhance brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, loves fitness, and enjoys social media creation & engagement.

We are looking for a team member that enjoys reaching and exceeding goals, understands the value of the product we provide and will bring energy, engagement and collaboration to the team.  An outgoing personality, with the ability to speak with members, prospective guest and business partners is essential. Organizational skills, phone etiquette, self motivation and the ability to follow procedures is a must.  We offer 3 different shift options Monday - Saturday with hours varied by day and employment need.
