
Outbound Sales Representative
No Limit Turf, Inc. is seeking a seasoned, phone-savvy outbound sales representative who thrives on cold calling, follow-up, and turning conversations into loyal accounts. This role is built for someone who knows how to drive business over the phone, schedule impactful in-person meetings, and build long-term relationships across our core customer base — from general contractors to architects, landscape construction firms, and more.
We have a rich pipeline of warm leads waiting to be converted. We need someone who can get on the phone, create energy, and close the gap between introduction and account activation.

What You’ll Do:
- Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Make high-volume outbound calls to contractors, architects, and construction companies to pitch No Limit Turf and schedule qualified in-person meetings.
- Lead Management: Engage with both cold and warm leads provided by our internal systems and marketing channels. Prioritize high-touch follow-up and consistent outreach.
- In-Person Relationship Building: Meet with prospective and existing clients on-site or at their offices to deepen relationships and close accounts.
- Account Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication by phone, email, and text to keep prospects warm and push deals through the pipeline.
- CRM Execution: Use our CRM to log calls, track progress, schedule follow-ups, and keep your pipeline organized.
- Sales Strategy: Identify decision-makers, understand customer needs, and position No Limit Turf’s unmatched quality, speed, and reliability as the clear solution.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Communicate activity and results clearly and consistently to management with full visibility into your performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven outbound sales experience, especially in phone-heavy roles (construction, turf, landscaping, or building materials industries preferred).
- Comfortable and confident making 50+ outbound calls daily with the goal of booking meetings and closing business.
- Skilled in nurturing accounts over time, knowing when to follow up and how to stay top-of-mind with buyers.
- Strong communication skills — you know how to build trust and credibility fast, especially over the phone.
- Organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person follow-ups.
