Part-Time Computer Technician

Pay Rate: 25.00/hour + $50.00/week Car/Gas/Maintenance Stipend

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm OR 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Company/Position Overview: Our client, an IT service provider in the medical field, seeks a part-time, temp-to-hire Computer Technician to support clients in the greater Denver metro area. Reporting to the CEO, this role will troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to customers’ entire office infrastructure, focusing on desktops, applications, printers, scanners, and light networking within an MS Windows environment, primarily. This position will be based out of your home office, with the requirement to go into the field up to 3 times per week in the Denver metro area.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Computer Technician experience in an MSP environment
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Must live in the Denver metro area
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Your own PC/laptop
  • Internet connection
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Windows Server Administration
  • 2+ years of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technology support
  • 2+ years of Network printing support
  • CRM/Ticketing system experience, Zoho a plus
  • Experience resolving problems onsite and remotely through a Remote Assess Tool
