
Executive Assistant to Chief Experiential Officer / Event Production Assistant
Location: Hybrid/Remote (with occasional onsite support for events)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (Part-time to start, with growth opportunities)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant to support the founder of The Suwerte and Swagish—two boutique agencies that specialize in high-touch events, retreats, offsites, and custom gifting for high-net-worth individuals and forward-thinking tech brands.
This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain direct experience in events, operations, and executive-level support.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Support planning and logistics for major events like the Oscars, F1, Car Week, brand launches, and AI/corporate activations
- Help with inbox management and professional email responses
- Coordinate vendor communications, track timelines, and manage simple budgets
- Assist with sourcing swag, packaging, and logistics through our platform Swagish
- Participate in walkthroughs, production schedules, and post-event recaps
- Set up simple automations and systems to streamline daily operations
- Provide light executive assistant support for the founder (scheduling, inbox, research)
- Contribute to content, social media, decks, or proposals as needed

This role will start part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our events and activations scale. You’ll be mentored directly by someone with deep experience supporting high-profile executives and luxury events, and you’ll gain skills that translate across industries.
