Executive Assistant to Chief Experiential Officer / Event Production Assistant

Location: Hybrid/Remote (with occasional onsite support for events)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (Part-time to start, with growth opportunities)

Are you passionate about events, brand activations, and thoughtfully curated swag? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want hands-on experience supporting VIP-level experiences across tech, entertainment, sports, AI, venture, and private sectors? At Suwerte, we produce high-touch events like the Oscars, F1 Grand Prix, NBA All-Star Weekend, CES, etc. —offering you the chance to gain real-world experience in some of the most exciting and exclusive environments in the industry.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant to support the founder of The Suwerte and Swagish—two boutique agencies that specialize in high-touch events, retreats, offsites, and custom gifting for high-net-worth individuals and forward-thinking tech brands.

This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain direct experience in events, operations, and executive-level support.

🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Support planning and logistics for major events like the Oscars, F1, Car Week, brand launches, and AI/corporate activations
  • Help with inbox management and professional email responses
  • Coordinate vendor communications, track timelines, and manage simple budgets
  • Assist with sourcing swag, packaging, and logistics through our platform Swagish
  • Participate in walkthroughs, production schedules, and post-event recaps
  • Set up simple automations and systems to streamline daily operations
  • Provide light executive assistant support for the founder (scheduling, inbox, research)
  • Contribute to content, social media, decks, or proposals as needed

🎓 What You’ll Learn

  • Insider knowledge of the luxury and tech event space
  • How to plan and execute complex events from start to finish
  • Executive support techniques for C-suite leaders (Meta, Dolby, etc.)
  • How to manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Exposure to brand strategy, client services, and high-end gifting
  • Systems, automations, and behind-the-scenes operations of a creative agency

💡 Ideal Candidate

  • Recent grad or early-career professional looking to break into events, operations, or executive assistance
  • Highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy — familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Slack, or willing to learn
  • Interest in events, pop culture, gifting, design, and luxury experiences
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-moving environments

This role will start part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our events and activations scale. You’ll be mentored directly by someone with deep experience supporting high-profile executives and luxury events, and you’ll gain skills that translate across industries.
