Evolution Development Group is now hiring! We are specifically looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, highly ambitious and driven individuals who love helping people!

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will help identify customer's needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. You will be trained on how to provide excellent customer service and meet weekly sales goals! It is our priority to make sure that our team ensures that our customers leave our store helped and 100% satisfied with the products and services our client's have to offer.

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers on sales floor
• Promote client brands and boost sales
• Educate customers on product/services
• Support sales, retention, and loyalty
• Stay informed on services, pricing, and other offers    

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time availability (including  evenings/weekends)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Pay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:

• Irving, TX 75063 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Irving, TX 75063: Relocate before starting work (Required)
