🌟 Operations Analyst – Financial Services

📍 Location: South Jordan, UT

📅 Duration: Contract with potential for extension

💲 Pay Rate: Up to $23.16/Hour (W2)

 

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree required

✔ At least 2 years’ experience in financial services (banking/finance background preferred)

✔ Strong Excel skills; VBA, Alteryx, Power BI a plus

✔ Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

✔ Familiar with trade lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliation

 

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operations of the Clearing & Settlement team

• Handle trade matching and full trade lifecycle management across asset classes

• Perform suspense account reconciliation and balancing

• Collaborate with Financial Advisors, trading desks, and compliance teams

• Help drive process improvements and operational change initiatives
