Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and driven sales engineer who is excited to take on this unique and rewarding challenge in the Denver, CO or Philadelphia, PA area (preferred). If you're ready for a role that combines technical expertise with creativity and collaboration, we want to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Introduce Dlubal products to new prospects across the North American market.
- Develop creative marketing strategies and effective outreach plans to engage new business.
- Engage with prospects through phone calls, virtual meetings, or in-person visits.
- Execute follow-ups with qualified leads, maintaining a positive and persistent approach.
- Create compelling marketing content showcasing software features and workflows.
- Negotiate sales and service agreements with potential clients.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant conferences to showcase Dlubal’s solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- EIT, PE, or SE license.
- 1-3 years of experience in software or civil/structural industry.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
- Familiarity with standard design software.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong determination to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
- Located in the Denver, CO or Philadelphia, PA area (preferred)
