Role Overview
Business Operations acts as the “connective tissue” between functions and allows our startup to operate “as one”. This role is the backbone of connecting our team around the same goal - you’ll handle operations, logistics and strategy working across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day client and logistics operations and implement systems to improve efficiency.
  This includes anything from helping with inboxes, answering clients, running reports or gathering data.
• Help us stay organized - attend meetings with various teams and help them by setting up processes, ensuring things are running smoothly and every task is completed
• Help with Recruiting: work with team leaders to ensure hiring goals are met and are consistent with the roadmap

Strategic Initiatives:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
• Partner with eng, product, go-to-market, sales and other functions to launch new initiatives and help them optimize their operations through systems, process, and follow up

Client Engagement:

• Represent the company in client-facing interactions with professionalism and expertise.
• Prepare presentations for clients

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, professional services, or startups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management software
• Experience in financial services or working in a client facing role is a must
