Design Assistant/Sales Consultant
Do you want to work at a luxury custom furniture showroom? Quatrine is a mother/daughter owned small business who specializes in hand made, custom, washable/slipcovered furniture. We are currently looking to hire a full time design assistant/sales consultant.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is:
-happy to interact with people
-self motivated
-passionate about design
-detail oriented/organized
-a team player
-proficient in technology such as Microsoft excel
-comfortable taking on administrative duties and selling duties and switching between the two when needed
-available on Saturdays
Your responsibilities would include things such as:
-assisting our high end clientele by pulling fabrics and putting together custom furniture pieces based on their needs
-learning product knowledge
-answering phone calls/emails
-building client relationships
-closing sales
-being proactive in gaining new clients/contacting current clients
-writing detailed invoices for custom furniture pieces
-completing inventory
-updating spreadsheets
-completing line drawings
-contacting clients with order updates
-showroom cleanliness/organization
Your benefits would induce: health insurance, paid holidays, sundays off, paid vacation days, and employee discounts.
Compensation consists of base pay plus commission, averaging between $50k - $63k annually.
