Wealth Operations Associate

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven Wealth Operations Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain firsthand experience in wealth management operations, client service, and marketing—while building a pathway toward future advancement in financial advising or leadership.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Wealth Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and advisory team while developing valuable skills in wealth management.

Client & Office Support

Act as the first point of contact for client calls, emails, and scheduling.

Manage advisor calendars and coordinate meetings.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documents.

Client Events & Experience

Support the planning and execution of client appreciation events, workshops, and seminars.

Coordinate logistics including venues, catering, invitations, and follow-ups.

Ensure clients receive the high-touch experience EQPWA is known for.

Marketing & Communication

Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.

Maintain client databases and CRM systems.

Contribute to initiatives that grow client engagement and strengthen our brand.

Project & Administrative Operations

Provide organizational support for projects and strategic initiatives.

Manage office supplies, vendors, and daily operations.

Track and report project progress to ensure goals are met.

Licensing & Career Growth

Preferred Licenses: Series 7, Series 63 or 66, and California Life & Health Insurance License.

Career Path: If not already licensed, candidates must obtain these licenses within 90 days of employment (training and support provided).

This position is designed as a career-launching role with opportunities for future advancement into financial advisory and leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional demeanor, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred:

Internship or experience in financial services, client service, or a professional office setting.

Familiarity with CRM or financial planning software is a plus.

Position Details

Type: Full-time, in-office.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Location: [Rolling Hills Estates, CA Palos Verdes Peninsula].
