Product Manager

Role:
🚀 Define and drive product strategy for a suite of restaurant software solutions
📊 Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-informed trade-offs
💡 Bring innovative thinking to product design, challenging assumptions to solve customer problems
🤝 Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions
🔍 Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
🧪 Lead continuous cycles of experimentation, iteration, and learning
📣 Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs across teams

Requirements:
🎓 4+ years of product management experience (hospitality or restaurant tech is a plus)
💻 Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and ability to deliver scalable products
⚙️ Technical fluency—comfortable engaging with engineers and discussing APIs, systems architecture, and trade-offs
📈 Metrics-driven decision-making with a data-first approach
🗣️ Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product vision and priorities
👟 Ability to lead without authority, thrive in ambiguity, and manage complexity
🍴 Hands-on hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a significant plus

💵 Base salary range: $150,000 – $185,000 (depending on experience and location)
