
Product Manager
A leading software company in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of its restaurant and small business solutions. Role:
π Define and drive product strategy for a suite of restaurant software solutions
π Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-informed trade-offs
π‘ Bring innovative thinking to product design, challenging assumptions to solve customer problems
π€ Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions
π Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
π§ͺ Lead continuous cycles of experimentation, iteration, and learning
π£ Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs across teams
Requirements:
π 4+ years of product management experience (hospitality or restaurant tech is a plus)
π» Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and ability to deliver scalable products
βοΈ Technical fluencyβcomfortable engaging with engineers and discussing APIs, systems architecture, and trade-offs
π Metrics-driven decision-making with a data-first approach
π£οΈ Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product vision and priorities
π Ability to lead without authority, thrive in ambiguity, and manage complexity
π΄ Hands-on hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a significant plus
Benefits:
π΅ Base salary range: $150,000 β $185,000 (depending on experience and location)
