
Marketing Associate – Influencer & Brand Collaboration (Intern)
Location: Remote-friendly with some on-site collaboration Duration: 3–6 months (minimum 20 hours/week) Compensation: $18/hour + performance bonus for successful campaigns Eligibility: Junior/Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, communication, PR, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to influencers and creators in the home improvement/lighting/DIY space
Coordinate sample shipments and content creation schedules
Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions
Assist with product seeding, UGC collection, and performance reporting
Manage influencer communications and contracts with support from the team
