Valuation Analyst – Capital Assets (Dallas, TX)

JOB SUMMARY

Analysts will support all members of their team on a variety of healthcare engagements. Primary responsibilities will be data collection, valuation analysis, due diligence, market research, and report writing.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES)

  • Gathering and organizing client data while performing analysis, market research, excel modeling, due diligence, report writing, client site visits, and supporting senior level staff.
  • Be available for all requisite calls and site visits as necessary and determined by supervisors. Travel may be required (approximately 20-25%).
  • Maintaining organization with projects and deliverables to meet all required timelines clients and supervisors.  
  • Communicating and providing the team and clients with concise and comprehensive written and verbal communication.
  • Please note this role will require being onsite five days a week during the training period and will convert to a hybrid work schedule once training is complete. Work hours are normally 8:30am- 5:30pm. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with course work in Accounting and Finance

Experience:

Experience as an intern in a financial consulting environment is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Knowledge of financial theory and/or economics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to provide appropriate customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work on a variety of assignments simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.  Attention to detail and able to review own work and that of peers and teammates.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.   Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Travel

Travel requirements are related to business opportunities with respect to frequency and scope. Travel may be up to 20%-25% of the time.
