We're seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation &

Marketing Assistant.

This is an in-office position based in Waco, TX.

Key Responsibili2es:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (primarily B2B in the food and

packaging sectors)

• Conduct internet research to identify relevant leads and build prospect lists

• Send outreach emails and manage follow-ups

• Keep detailed records of lead interactions in our CRM

• Marketing & Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted prospection campaigns

• Help prepare promotional materials and client communications

• Assist in improving outreach strategies based on campaign performance

• Administrative Assistance• Provide light administrative support to the CEO (scheduling, organizing files, etc.)

• Assist with maintaining client records and contact lists

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a big plus, but not

required

Work Schedule & Compensa2on:

• 30 hours per week (schedule to be discussed)

• $17/hour + bonuses based on lead conversion or campaign success

• 10 paid holidays annually

• In-office position at our Waco, TX office
