Accounting Assistant

Job description

  • Collect, sort and record checks
  • Mail checks to both businesses and employees
  • Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs to regional centers
  • Help preparing accounting reports to be presented to management
  • Enter data to financial portals
  • Support supervisory staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
  • Assist A/P and A/R
  • Being familiar with Quickbooks
  • Other accounting/business related duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor
