
Accounting Assistant
Job description
- Collect, sort and record checks
- Mail checks to both businesses and employees
- Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs to regional centers
- Help preparing accounting reports to be presented to management
- Enter data to financial portals
- Support supervisory staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
- Assist A/P and A/R
- Being familiar with Quickbooks
- Other accounting/business related duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor
