About the Opportunity

Front Page Telecom is launching an exciting initiative this winter, and we’re looking for motivated, growth-driven interns to join our Sales & Customer Consulting team. This internship is designed for individuals who want real, hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing, billion-dollar industries: telecommunications.

You’ll learn the foundations of sales, customer consultation, business development, and campaign support — with direct mentorship from leaders who have scaled teams across Texas.

Successful interns will be considered for full-time roles with rapid advancement into leadership and management.

What You’ll Learn

How to consult customers in the high-demand telecom sector

Sales strategy, lead generation, and customer acquisition

Effective communication, closing techniques, and relationship building

How to support and run client campaigns

The fundamentals of team leadership and business operations

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers to provide product knowledge and service recommendations

Assist with telecom sales campaigns and hands-on field training

Represent our telecom clients professionally across Fort Worth

Support the team with daily goals, tracking, and customer follow-ups

Learn leadership systems used to develop managers internally
