Online Course Developer-project based

This project aims to convert the content of an in-person defensive driving class to an on-line platform. The online defensive driving course needs to be accessible, engaging with interactive modules and compatible across devices with intuitive navigation and progress tracking. If possible, we would like to complete the content build out we've commenced on Synthesia using an avatar instructor. Must have knowledge of API, and LMS platforms for integration.
