Warehouse Clerk

About the Role:
Join our fast-growing Houston warehouse team as a Warehouse Clerk! This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, and contribute to the smooth running of our logistics and administrative processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding warehouse staff.
  • Attendance & HR Records: Track and consolidate attendance for all employees and agency staff.
  • Billing & OA Management: Manage invoices, upload to OA system, and follow up on accounts receivable/payable.
  • Administrative Support: Support daily operations and collaborate with other departments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English; able to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Associate degree or above; HR or Admin Management background preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, attendance systems, and basic accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and OA systems; warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
