Job Description:
- As a Customer Operations Representative, your role goes far beyond customer advocacy. You’ll act as a problem solver, process improver, and data-informed decision-maker.
- You'll be focused on identifying areas of friction, analyzing their root causes, and delivering impactful solutions that elevate both our customer service operations and the overall experience.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage data to implement changes that improve customer satisfaction, boost efficiency, and support long-term retention.
- This hybrid position blends in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility (3 days in the office). Initial training takes place on-site to ensure you're set up for success, build strong connections, and fully immerse yourself in our company culture.
