Position Overview:

As a Rental Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our short-term rental properties are spotless, comfortable, and ready for our next guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing properties between guest stays, including deep cleaning, laundry, and restocking supplies. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards will help us deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in each property.

- Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and amenities.

- Conduct deep cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.

- Inspect properties for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.

- Ensure properties are guest-ready by maintaining cleanliness standards and checking for quality.

- Follow checklists and cleaning protocols to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or short-term rental cleaning is required.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator.

- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
