Assistant Site Manager

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant Site Manager to assist in daily operations of a new “Class A” RV & Boat Storage Facility. This ground-floor opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and takes ownership of getting a facility fully operational.

 

Key Responsibilities

Ongoing Duties

  • Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries with excellent customer service.
  • Manage customer records and process financial transactions.
  • Handle move-ins/outs for rental spaces.
  • Monitor office supplies and RV store inventory.
  • Address customer file management and digital archiving.
  • Conduct daily and quarterly site walks to ensure facility upkeep and compliance.
  • Fill propane tanks (training provided).

 

Qualifications

  • Strong accountability, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (retail experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office; willing to learn industry-specific software.
  • Ability to walk long distances, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

 

Preferred

  • Administrative or front-office experience.
  • Propane filling experience is a plus.

 

HOURS:  PART-TIME

REQUIRED DAYS:  SUNDAY and MONDAY 10-4

Estimated 12-16 hours per week with additional hours in the beginning for training.
