Position Overview

JSM Technology is seeking a driven and efficient Procurement & Supply Chain Associate to support procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking exposure to real-world supply chain processes within a technology-focused organization.

Responsibilities

Assist with procurement of materials, products, and services

Maintain vendor contacts, product lists, and inventory records

Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery timelines

Support documentation related to purchasing and inventory management

Communicate with vendors regarding orders, delays, and discrepancies

Help identify inventory needs and potential supply issues

Maintain organized supply chain records and reports

Provide administrative support related to supply chain activities

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel or Google Sheets

Strong communication skills

Flexible with work location

Reliable and professional
