Administrative Assistant

Overview:
Arizona Home Care is a rapidly growing provider of home infusion therapy services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients. As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona.

This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly, managing recruiting efforts, onboarding new hires, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including mail sorting, badge creation, and coordination of office logistics.
  • Manage daily email inboxes and prioritize tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems such as Paylocity and Employee Navigator.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing and sending offer letters, creating employee profiles in HR software, assigning trainings, and ensuring completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting memos, trainings, policies, and other company documents.
  • Track and manage office supply orders and deliveries.
  • Help maintain social media and job postings, including LinkedIn.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with HR software platforms (Paylocity, Employee Navigator) is a plus.
