Business Management Trainee Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create lasting brand awareness through compelling product demonstrations and direct interactions with customers on a daily basis
• Collaborate with fellow Business Management Trainees and Account Management team to execute innovative promotional sales and marketing campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional matter, and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
• Stay up-to-date on savings, promotions, and bundles being offered by our clients and present to customers when appropriate
• Track and organize campaign metrics and KPI’s to ensure sales goals are being met or exceeded
• Attend daily meetings designed for entry-level team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ product and service offerings
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management
   

Business Management Trainee Qualities/Skills:

• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to customers and team members alike
• Possesses strong negotiation and upselling skills

Preferred Education/Experience For Our Business Management Trainee:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related is a plus
