Project Management Intern
Who We Are
RBS Improvements is a rapidly growing renovation and turnover partner specializing in student housing communities across the U.S. Since launching in 2021, we’ve built a reputation for executing complex, high-volume projects with speed, accountability, and consistency.
Our work spans interior and exterior painting, make-ready cleaning, sheetrock repairs, and capital improvements. What truly sets us apart, though, is execution. We operate in fast-paced, real-world environments where planning, communication, and follow-through matter. Our team is made up of driven individuals who take ownership, solve problems on the fly, and understand that results are earned on-site.
This is not a passive internship. You’ll be embedded in active projects, supporting real timelines, real crews, and real deliverables that directly impact thousands of student residents nationwide.
