RBS Improvements is a rapidly growing renovation and turnover partner specializing in student housing communities across the U.S. Since launching in 2021, we’ve built a reputation for executing complex, high-volume projects with speed, accountability, and consistency.

Our work spans interior and exterior painting, make-ready cleaning, sheetrock repairs, and capital improvements. What truly sets us apart, though, is execution. Job-Site Locations

Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between subcontractors and Project Managers
• Conduct daily unit walks to verify scope completion and quality standards
• Communicate expectations, responsibilities, and updates to on-site teams
• Monitor all contractual commitments to ensure all work is performed in accordance with specifications and terms of the contract
• Assist with tracking project scope and contractual requirements
• Support safe, efficient, and organized job-site operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Interest in construction operations, real estate, or project management
