Store Manager

Hip & Humble, a women's lifestyle boutique, is looking for a self motivated store manager with strong leadership skills for our Farmington Station Park location.  Known for our curated and colorful selection of gifts and women’s fashion, you would be working with a wide variety of female forward products and clients.  In addition, you would be a part of an exciting and growing team and company as we open other premiere locations in and outside Utah.  

Job responsibilities center around generating sales, growing a customer base and developing employees.  More specifically:

  • Responsible for operation requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
  • Promote awesome staff performance by coaching and mentoring employees.
  • Achieve store goals by understanding and responding to sales data and department performance reports.
  • Acquire and maintain customers through data reporting and relationship development.
  • Ensure inventory availability for clients by analyzing variances, receiving shipment and transferring product.
  • Provide a safe, clean and organized store environment for clients and associates.
  • Lead operations by initiating, implementing and enforcing policies,  procedures and workflows.
  • Coordinates store sales by determining extra promotions and authorizing clearance sales.
  • Responsible for deposit and daily sales balance.

Our Station Park location is open 10am - 9pm most days of the year.  This position is full-time and will be primarily working on site during store hours.  Retirement program and generous store discounts are a couple of the benefits as well as a healthy monthly bonus determined by report driven goals.  

Qualifications preferred are 4 years retail experience or 2 years leadership/mentoring experience, knowledge of pos systems, and google suite.  Fun and positive attitude and can be trusted with representing our brand.  Skills would include:
