Bilingual Support Specialist

Role Overview:
Effectively respond to and document technical inquiries from both prospective and existing customers via phone, chat, and email.
Assess each interaction to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Maintain detailed records of all communications in the ticketing system, while engaging with customers empathetically and professionally to ensure clear understanding and successful outcomes.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Strong ability to read and follow documentation, including decision trees and flow diagrams
  • Basic understanding of computer networks and relational databases (preferred)

  • Availability for shift-based work
