Operations and Fulfillment Specialist

Superhuman Bikes is a fast-growing electric bike company based in San Diego. We sell performance-focused e-bikes nationwide and care deeply about clean operations, accurate fulfillment, and solid customer experiences.

We’re hiring a full-time Operations & Fulfillment Specialist to help run the day-to-day engine of the business. This is a hands-on, in-person role with real responsibility. You’ll be trusted to keep orders moving, inventory healthy, and customers taken care of.

You don’t need to be an e-bike expert on day one. We’re looking for someone smart, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with physical products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and ship customer orders

• Receive inventory and keep stock organized and up to date

• Assist with purchasing and restocking needs

• Process returns and exchanges

• Support customers via email, chat, and phone

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

• Help improve workflows and processes as the company grows

This is an in-person role. You’ll be on your feet, moving inventory, solving real problems, and keeping things running smoothly.

• Willing to learn and take ownership of your work

• Interest in bikes, mobility, or hardware products is a plus
