Job Responsibilities:

Build and manage local warehouse systems and processes; oversee daily warehouse operations. Willingness to travel for training and relocate or travel short-term if needed.

Forecast warehouse and staffing needs; plan driver routes; recruit, interview, and manage driver teams.

Assign responsibilities across warehouse positions; conduct talent selection and development to strengthen team cohesion.

Resolve operational issues within the warehouse promptly; proficiently use company warehouse and delivery software; assist in data collection and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution. No experience required; fast learners preferred.

Valid driver’s license and legal work authorization.

 

Basic computer skills; capable of data analysis, logical thinking, effective communication, organization, and planning.

Ability to work professionally in both English and Chinese.

Compensation and Benefits:

$21–$25/hour during internship period
