Client Account Associate
We are a top-tier sales and business consulting firm in the Fresno area that specializes in connecting local businesses with high quality wireless solutions through our partnership with AT&T. In this role, you’ll help business clients manage accounts, access services, and implement AT&T solutions effectively—all while building valuable industry experience.
As a Client Account Associate, you will serve as a key link between business clients and the sales team, helping ensure smooth account onboarding, accurate service implementations, and exceptional customer support. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within the client services space.
Key Responsibilities of a Client Account Associate
- Facilitate account setup, service activation, and product support for business clients engaging with AT&T’s wireless and fiber solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of service requests and the delivery of AT&T-branded solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service activity, and account status using CRM and campaign tracking systems.
- Assist the sales team by preparing client-facing proposals, presentations, and documentation aligned with AT&T’s service offerings.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and escalate service concerns or technical issues through appropriate support channels.
- Provide consistent follow-up and guidance to ensure business clients understand AT&T’s evolving service features and account options.
Minimum Qualifications of a Client Account Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework or a degree in business, communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or B2B account support, preferably within telecom or consulting environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone suited to client-facing correspondence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability, with proven success managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team-based performance goals.
