Assistant to the Co-Founders

Part-Time | In-Office | Minimum 20 Hours/Week

The Role

We’re hiring an entrepreneurial, highly organized assistant to work in-office at least 20 hours per week and support the co-founders across growth, marketing, brand, and execution.

This role exists to help the founders move faster. You’ll be close to decision-making, exposed to everything we’re building, and involved wherever momentum is needed.

This is a strong fit for someone who wants to be an entrepreneur and values learning through real work, not theory.

What You’ll Work On

Supporting the co-founders with email, documents, ideas, and follow-ups

Helping turn rough ideas into organized assets and action items

Brand and growth support across multiple initiatives

Creating and editing content using Canva and Photoshop

Supporting social and content efforts across YouTube, LinkedIn, Substack, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms

Using AI tools to speed up writing, organization, and workflows

Working inside Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, and CRM systems

Helping keep projects moving as priorities shift

Who This Is For

College student or recent graduate
