Marketing Assistant

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant represents the company at industry events, venues, and networking opportunities to build relationships with planners, venues, and vendors. This role focuses on referrals, partnerships, and brand presence rather than direct sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with venues, planners, and vendors

• Attend networking events, open houses, expos, and showcases

• Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador

• Distribute marketing materials and introduce company services

• Track contacts, referrals, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking system

• Collaborate with marketing and office teams on partnership efforts

 

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, professional, and relationship-driven

• Organized with strong follow-up habits

• Comfortable attending evening and weekend events

 

Preferred Experience

• Event, hospitality, or relationship-based roles

• Experience working with venues or planners

• CRM or contact management familiarity

 

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time or flexible schedule

• Evenings and weekends required
