Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate daily office operations to maintain efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist management with the implementation of regulatory updates or changes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain clear communication with employees and provide timely resolution to their inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent self-motivation, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Approach assignments with a sense of urgency while meeting all established deadlines.
  • Work independently with sound judgment and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Chinese fluency preferred.
