Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee training and development programs.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily office operations to maintain efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Assist management with the implementation of regulatory updates or changes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain clear communication with employees and provide timely resolution to their inquiries.

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent self-motivation, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Approach assignments with a sense of urgency while meeting all established deadlines.
- Work independently with sound judgment and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Chinese fluency preferred.
