Part-Time Office Assistant

CPA firm in downtown San Jose is seeking a part-time Office Assistant.  This is an excellent opportunity for accounting students to grow their accounting skills and gain experience at a CPA firm.  The position will perform a variety of functions including assembling tax returns for clients, copying documents, filing, scanning, data entry, and related office functions.  Attention to details and a positive attitude are essential.

The position will be expected to work approximately 15 - 20 hours per week.  Work hours must be within the normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5pm) and can be flexible to accommodate class schedules.  The position will encompass tax season until April 30, 2026 but may be extended for a further period depending on performance.
