LEGO Robotics Instructor – Spark Creativity Through STEM!
Whizara delivers interactive, student-focused coding and robotics programs that motivate K–12 students through hands-on, experiential learning.
We’re looking for motivated and energetic LEGO Robotics Instructors to teach in-person classes in San Francisco, CA. If you love STEM education and enjoy helping students design, program, and animate their LEGO creations, we’d be excited to connect with you!
What You’ll Do
- Foster a welcoming, engaging, and supportive classroom where students feel confident exploring new ideas.
- Maintain punctuality and demonstrate professionalism, organization, and dependability during every session.
- Teach using Whizara’s ready-to-use LEGO Robotics curriculum—no lesson preparation required.
- Support students as they build and code projects, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Track student progress, offer positive and constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments.
- Work collaboratively with students, school staff, and parents to ensure a rewarding learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with the Whizara team by sharing updates, insights, and feedback.
- Independently manage classroom activities with enthusiasm and care.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current college students or recent graduates in STEM Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with LEGO Robotics platforms (SPIKE Essential, SPIKE Prime, LEGO Mindstorms) or familiarity with basic programming tools (Scratch, Python, etc.).
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and robotics equipment.
- Able to effectively engage students from elementary through high school.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about empowering young learners through STEM.
