Accounts Intern
Cloud Destinations is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance processes within a fast-growing global technology services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Help prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and expense records
- Assist in bank statements review and reconciliations
- Support month-end activities, including financial reports and documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related queries
- Learn and work with accounting tools, ERP systems, and spreadsheets
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, NetSuite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, or statutory compliance (India) or general tax concepts
- Exposure to financial reporting or audits (academic or internship)
