What You’ll Work On

At NeuroHire, Full Stack Developers build and ship real product features.
• Build and maintain user-facing features for our web application
• Design and develop backend services and APIs that power the platform
• Work across frontend, backend, and data layers to deliver end-to-end functionality
• Collaborate closely with product, design, AI, and cloud teams
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack
• Debug production issues and fix them at the root cause
• Write clean, maintainable code and review others’ contributions
• Participate in technical decisions as the product and team scale

What We’re Looking For

We care about shipping and ownership, not buzzwords.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with frontend technologies (React, Vue, or similar)
• Solid backend experience with at least one language (Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET)
• Experience building REST APIs and working with databases
• Understanding of modern web architecture and cloud-based applications
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and product mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience building SaaS products
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Exposure to AI-powered features or data-heavy systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
• Startup or early-stage company experience
