ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations, and will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ITSM/ESM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes

Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB

Build and customize Service Portal pages, widgets, and catalog items

Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow IntegrationHub

Perform platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards

Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow data model

Working knowledge of Service Portal and catalog development

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
