Therapist – Juvenile Court

Pay Grade: 12 | FLSA: Exempt | Status: Court Classified

Make a difference in the lives of justice-involved youth! We’re seeking a Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy under the clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional. You’ll work as part of a Child and Family Team, advocating for youth and helping them build healthy, productive lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver therapy services to youth ages 8–17
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Apply behavioral health best practices and maintain accurate documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field
• Two (2) years of post-master’s experience providing mental health or family therapy
• Licensed Associate Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Master’s-level Social Worker (AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or equivalent)

Preferences:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience providing direct therapy to youth

Additional Info:

• Must obtain independent licensure within 3 years (fees paid by court)
• Full-time position; some evenings/weekends required
