Program Overview
The Crull Fitness Internship Program is designed for young, motivated individuals who are passionate about fitness, strength training, and helping others perform better in life. This hands-on internship provides real-world coaching experience, mentorship, and professional development within a private training environment.
Interns will work closely with experienced coaches, gaining exposure to program design, client coaching, assessment, and business operations. High-performing interns may be offered part-time or full-time positions upon completion.
Who We’re Looking For
Aspiring personal trainers or strength & conditioning coaches
Students or recent graduates in:
Exercise Science
Kinesiology
Sports Performance
Related fields (or equivalent experience)
Self-motivated, coachable, and professional
Strong interest in learning, growth, and coaching excellence
CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
What You’ll Learn
Proper coaching cues and movement mechanics
Strength & conditioning program design
Client assessments and progress tracking

Injury awareness and exercise modifications
The business side of personal training
How to build long-term client relationships
Responsibilities
Assist coaches during personal training sessions
Observe and learn coaching methods
Help set up, break down, and maintain training space
Participate in weekly mentorship and education sessions
Gradually coach portions of sessions as skills develop
Maintain professionalism and positive client experience
