ASP.NET Website Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, implement, and test new features.
  • Participate in debugging and troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Assist in database integration, including data retrieval and updates.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation for code, design, and processes.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with the latest .NET technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of C# and the .NET Core framework.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in the field.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and basic SQL queries.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • Familiarity with modern development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Understanding of RESTful API integration.
