Job Summary

Keeway America, the exclusive U.S. distributor of Keeway, Benelli, and Benda motorcycles, is growing! We are seeking a Sales Assistant to help support our expanding dealer network and daily sales operations as we continue bringing our dynamic brands to riders across the country.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable who wants to build a long-term career in the powersports industry. The Sales Assistant will support daily sales operations across order processing, logistics coordination, inventory management, and dealer communication. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal workflows and providing timely, accurate support to our dealer network and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

  • Process customer and dealer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify pricing, availability, and order details 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies or issues

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

  • Arrange domestic shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, BOL, and tracking information
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues with dealers

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems regularly
  • Assist with inventory counts and reporting
  • Coordinate with warehouse or factory teams to ensure stock accuracy

Dealer & Partner Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer inquiries related to orders, inventory, and shipping
  • Provide timely updates and professional support to dealers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records of dealer communications and documentation

Sales & Marketing Event Support

  • Assist with planning and coordinating sales meetings, dealer events, trade shows, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate event logistics including shipping display materials, product units, and promotional items
  • Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and promotional content
  • Provide on-site support during events as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in sales or administrative support, order processing, logistics, or inventory coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualification 

  • Associate or college degree preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred but not required
