Our interns partner with teams across EchoStar working to drive our latest game-changing innovation. Our internship is a 10 week, in-person experience that is paid hourly with eligible overtime. Interns are given a business project(s) to complete over the summer and present their results to leadership and their peers. EchoStar provides each intern with a manager to support them with the execution of their project.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Management Intern (AI & UX). This position will be located at our office in Littleton, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Product team to identify three distinct customer experience challenges or opportunities within the Boost Mobile ecosystem where AI can add measurable value
- Dive deep into data and analytics to validate problem statements and understand user behavior
- Conduct interviews with cross-functional stakeholders, lead UX research sessions, and facilitate technical feasibility discussions with IT teams
- Evaluate identified opportunities based on impact and viability; select the top-performing concept for further development
- Develop a comprehensive proposal for an AI-driven solution, including detailed product requirements (PRDs), user flow concepts, and a roadmap for implementation
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- GPA 3.3 or above
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a related field of study
- Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026
Skills and Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screen including a reference check, criminal background check, and possible drug test
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable product insights
- Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and how AI/ML can be applied to solve real-world user problems
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing stakeholders and presenting a final proposal to leadership
- User-Centric: A passion for User Experience (UX) and a desire to make digital tools simpler and more intuitive for customers

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $18.00/Hour - $27.00/Hour
