Part-time Clerk Courier

As a Clerk/Courier with Mullen & Henzell LLP, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, responsible for a wide range of duties designed to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our firm. 

The right candidate is flexible and professional with the ability to complete clerical projects, such as copying and scanning for multiple departments, sorting and delivering mail, stocking the office with necessary supplies, and managing errands, including court runs and filings (will train).

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
  • Possess a car, insurance, and valid driver's license with clean record to fulfill your courier responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of computers and copiers/scanners.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and quality of our work.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when heavy lifting is needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with attorneys, colleagues and clients.

This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week, $18.00/hour.
