What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging customers in retail and promotional settings
  • Explaining internet, mobile, TV, and home service options clearly and confidently
  • Guiding customers from initial enquiry through to sign-up
  • Ensuring all campaign and customer guidelines are followed
  • Attending coaching sessions and ongoing training workshops
  • Ideal Background
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or entry-level sales is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly approach
  • Reliable availability for full-time, in-person work
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • No extensive experience is necessary — full training is provided. The company values mindset, work ethic, and coachability above all else.

  • This position offers weekly pay with a structured base rate plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
  • Average weekly earnings typically range between $725–$900, depending on full-time hours, individual performance, and the campaigns worked. With consistent performance and development, there is strong potential to increase earnings over time.
