Travel Visa Pro is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Office Administrator to join our San Francisco team.
This position is perfect for someone coming from restaurant, retail, hospitality, or delivery work who’s ready for a change of pace and wants consistent hours in a professional office environment.
We help travelers obtain passports, visas, and manage secure mail services. Every day is different, and no prior experience in passports or visas is required — we’ll train you.
What you’ll do
Welcome clients and answer incoming phone calls
Assist customers with passport and visa applications
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments and keep client records organized
Scan documents, perform data entry, and support daily office operations
Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
Occasionally make local document drop-offs
What we’re looking for
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working with people and multitasking
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Bonus points if you have:
Office, receptionist, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
Multilingual skills (Mandarin or Arabic is a big plus)
Administrative experience (helpful but not required)
