Position Details

We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Showroom Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This role combines client-facing sales support with operational and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a design-oriented environment. 

Part-Time | Approximately 20-30 hours per week

$20-$25 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

- Welcome and assist showroom clients with product selection and design guidance

- Support the sales process from initial inquiry through quote preparation and order placement

- Follow up with leads and existing clients via email and phone

- Maintain relationships with clients, designers, and industry partners

Showroom & Sales Support

- Assist with preparing quotes, invoices and order documentation

- Help maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom

- Track leads and update client information in Pipedrive, Monday, QuickBooks, etc.

- Coordinate sample requests and product information for clients

Operations Support

- Assist with scheduling client appointments and showroom visits

- Help with administrative tasks related to sales operations

- Support occasional showroom events or client visits

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in retail sales, showroom sales, client-facing hospitality, or administrative support

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a small team environment

- Ability to build relationships and provide high-touch client experience

- Interest in interior design, outdoor living, and luxury furnishings is a plus
