What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative and Project Manager, you will own the customer experience from the first handshake to the final inspection.
Drive New Business: Generate leads through strategic door-to-door outreach, rapid storm response, community networking, and customer referrals.
Assess & Consult: Conduct thorough roof inspections to accurately assess homeowners' needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver compelling in-person demos to close contracts.
Manage the Project: Oversee each project from initial inspection through production and final completion, ensuring our high quality standards are met.
Communicate & Coordinate: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, production crews, material suppliers, and insurance adjusters.
Maximize Value: Identify opportunities to cross-sell gutters, windows, siding, and other exterior upgrades.
Leverage Technology: Maintain meticulous, organized project notes and photos using top-tier industry software (JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and SumoQuote).

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in face-to-face sales (D2D, home services, B2B, or strong customer-facing roles).
Mindset: Highly motivated, exceptionally coachable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Communication: Elite interpersonal and customer service skills.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable and capable of climbing ladders and walking steep-slope roofs safely.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the U.S.
